Meet Coach Lexi
Dance is my life-force, and movement has grounded me in times of turmoil. When I was 14, I suffered through knee reconstruction surgery that separated me from dance. I was drained, depressed, and ran back to the studio as soon as I was able.
That experience didn’t just change how I move; it shaped my mindset around training.
It taught me that form, strength, mobility, and control aren't just indicators of performance; they’re the foundation for a lifelong relationship with movement.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Dance from Boise State University and an NCCA-accredited personal training certification from the International Sports Science Association. My additional specializations include strength and conditioning, glute training, corrective exercise, and exercise recovery.
From teaching dance, I expanded into personal training after recognizing a need for injury prevention and cross-training among high-performing individuals. This issue affected not only my dance students but also friends and family who were active in activities such as rock climbing and triathlons, yet continued to experience recurring injuries and pain.
Many of my clients face imbalances from repetitive training, frustration with ineffective programs, or uncertainty about returning to activities they once enjoyed.
My goal is to bridge this gap, helping you achieve meaningful progress rather than simply going through the motions.
I understand the positive impact movement has on well-being and am committed to supporting your continued growth and performance.
My coaching is built around you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programming or blindly following trends.
You’ll benefit from a deeper understanding of your training, customized plans based on stability, control, and intentional strength, and a supportive environment where you feel seen, respected, and capable.

Training with me will help you achieve your personal goals, improve performance in activities you love, and enhance your overall well-being.
